Maintenance
Riversway IT have developed a range of support packages to cover
your business requirements. From ad-hoc cover through to fully
maintained support services we have options to fit your budgets. We
currently have a wide range of organisations that we support, such
as; Accountants, Mortgage Consultants, Schools, Global Property
Developers and a National Newspaper. Please contact us for more

Non-Contract
This covers ad-hoc support, as and when you require and is aimed at
orgainsations that would not call on our services that often.
PAYG
An agreement, where we fix the price of your support for a fixed
period. Developed so you know how much it is likely to cost each
time you call us.
Standard Cover
For those that require regular support. For a monthly fixed cost we
will provide a number of hours support a month (both remote and
on-site), remote monitoring of your systems, ensure updates and
patches are installed and free advice.
Premium Cover
This expands on the Standard Cover, offering more hours inclusive
support and 24 hour cover for your business.
We have developed a ticketing system, where you can email us and you will be allocation a number and will recieve an email back at each stage of your query. You can still call us, if you prefer, and we will still log your call and track it through our system
